@WinglessOne I did! I was thinking about it but decided to put the money towards Xmas gifts for my family. I am very tempted though. It's so beautiful.

Did anybody else have issues with receiving a damaged PAT McGRATH LABS Mega Mothership: Celestial Divinity Eyeshadow Palette from Sephora? I ordered one, received it damaged. Called CS for a replacement, the same exact eyeshadow came shattered!!! Ugh!!! @TeamBIC

Something is very wrong in Pat McGrath's shipping department,I have now received my full order twice from them and I got another ship notification over the weekend that looks like it's from Pat McGrath.I wasn't charged for the extra items but I have contacted them to let them know something is wrong and I'm waiting to hear back,has anyone else ever had this happen?

@Seymore3 at least you got some extra goodies! I haven't ordered from PMG direct in a while but it seems like they need to completely overhaul their logistics and shipping department. Ever since her new stuff launched I've heard nothing but delays and mixups with the deliveries.

@Seymore3 I haven’t gotten multiple shipments but they did lose my order for the highlighter. They resent it and it came damaged so now they are sending out a new one to me. Sounds messed up to me!  🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

@SunnysmomI am sorry you had so much trouble with the highlighter at least the mistakes on mine were in my favor.I did hear back and they told me to just enjoy the extra items on them.

Actually @Seymore3 I just heard back from them also and they told me to keep messed up one. So very generous of them and terrific customer service!

I got my full order from Pat McGrath yesterday and today a extra Fleur Fantasia arrived that I didn't order or pay for,I contacted Pat McGrath and was told to enjoy the extra quad on them😊 so someone on my Christmas list is getting a nice quad.

@Titian06 @PrettyPaint @WinglessOne I wish I didn’t open that darn email. Things I like + on sale = deadly combination. I love PMG lip balm and glosses. Last time when the balm marked half off, I literally got a dozen of them 😂🤣. In my defense, they are one of the few things I used up 🤣😂

I couldn't decide which quad to purchase, but I finally settled on Risque Rose. I just received it today, but I am very happy with my choice. I've just swatched them, and they were certainly a pleasure to swatch! 🙂

Okay.. .I know that these aren't shades I would likely wear on my eyes (I'm a creature of habit) but... Is it wrong to want to buy them just to swatch them??? They look soooooo gorgeous @PrettyPaint !
