I wish that mascara didn't flake so much on me.  The blue and purple are stunning! I'm in love with that pale greige-y Audie.

@michelleshops same. i liked the way the mascara made my lashes look, but it did flake a bit, and i found the brush actually painful to use. which i've never experienced before in my life !

That purple in this version of the photo is giving me life. So is that red. Man alive, I need to start wearing my lipsticks more frequently to justify all the new ones I want to pick up!

They look so different in stock photos. I love the orange/peachy toned ones, hope the second one from the left isn't too light.

I like that one too V! Greige purples like that are iffy for me though and take a certain makeup look. Have you checked out Maybelline Gone Greige or Urban Decay Oblivion? I feel like those shades are similar.

@k617   I have the Maybelline one but not the UD.  From the second pic it looks as though the Maybelline would be darker.  They are definitely harder colors to work with but I like them 🙂

Exciting! I think I will wait to see what the reviews are like before I decide whether to buy--I am very attached to the velvet lipglides waiting to see whether people say whether they are comfortable to wear.

Very disappointing to see NARS will now sell in China which means animal testing.  Thank you for pointing this out @sulfate

If you are looking for dupes for existing NARS products you own, you might have better luck creating a dedicated CF 'dupes' thread.

This thread is primarily to discuss artistry and upcoming product launches and while I understand the concern, I think discussions about dupes could get lost within the content of the thread.

Also, it could be a place where others who are looking for CF dupes from other brands could post, since there isn't currently a thread like this on BT.

Sorry to be the bearer of such bad news.  

I'm busy trying to find dupes for my favorite NARS products.  I was thinking this would be the best place but maybe I should start a thread.  What do you think?  

My HG products are their concealers, unfiltered II blush, and sun washed bronzer in laguna.  I love their eyeshadows but not so worried about finding dupes for those.  Someone generously just turned me on to Viseart.

Now that Nars is going to test on animals, I need to replace my soft matte concealer.  Does anyone here know of anything similar?  It's the best concealer I've ever used so finding anything even close would be great.

i've kinda been 'charged' with finding my friend's 'wedding lipstick'. she's afraid of wearing something that'll get on her dress, as well as get on her man, but she also is afraid of the cat butt lips liquid lipsticks can give you. i'm excited to try this new NARS formula because i think it may be a good solution...

but i'm in trouble ! there are so many colors i want but can't possibly justify.

the first ones i want, i think, are 'get it on' 'warm leatherette' and 'london calling'. but 'star woman', 'american woman' and 'save the queen' (and of course 'paint it black') are all calling to me too. danggggg.

oh ! and 'rock with you'. and 'just what i needed'. DANG IT.
