@KMariel it's not too far off. At first I was thinking it was like an Orgasm/Douceur hybrid, but:

IRL I see the difference in shimmer between Isadora (pink) and Misconduct (gold) but the camera doesn't capture it as well. It seems to pick it up better on the fingertips than the swatches.

I know it's way too early to review the Unfiltered 1 Cheek Palette because I just got it yesterday but...

Finally getting to see it in person alleviated my fears that I wouldn't be able to use the colors on pale skin tone. I think it's pretty adaptable. Today I used the really pretty raspberry color and when I went into the restroom at work I didn't want to scrub it off my face, which is the true test of all my makeup colors! So I'm very happy and the packaging is so SO pretty!

I finally ordered the Unfiltered 1 cheek palette. I had been thinking about it for a long time and it was starting to disappear from retailers so I pulled the trigger at last! The colors don't technically go with my pale skin tone but I've always, always, ALWAYS wanted to experiment with Exhibit A and now I'll get that and so many other pretty colors that I really don't have in my collection. I have so many pinks and nudes, so these will be fun to play with. I think with a light hand it can work for anyone. Haha, right?

I will for sure post pics and reviews @Anonymous . I've become so bored with my usual blush colors that most days I don't even bother. Hopefully this will shake things up a little.

I don't think you'll be disappointed. I'm pretty pale, and I love it. All of them are really soft in the pan, so you can just touch your brush to the pan and get enough product, so it's pretty easy not to go crazy with color. Exhibit A is a new favorite, even though it looks scary in the palette. @starsandbucks

Oh, I'm excited to know this @TKLJ ! I just checked shipping and it's supposed to be delivered tomorrow. At first I tried ordering it from NARS directly only to get an email that it was sold out a few days after I had placed my order. This one is coming from Nordstrom and is officially en route and I can't wait! I haven't bought anything from NARS in ages!

Nars Direct stinks. And Nordies is easier to return to if you don't like it. 🙂

I had my makeup done at a Nars counter because I wanted to try some of the velvet shadow sticks from the Wildfire collection and the pot concealer. From what I can remember:

Eyes: Usbek topped by Pasiphae, with New York and Sophia in the crease, Subra and Phoebe on the outer corner, Bel-Ile on the inner corner, and Andromeda on the brow bone. Oh, and Night Bird liner on top, and she used Usbek and a mix of both Chiang Mai colors as lower-lash liner.

Cheeks: Pretty much every color from Unfiltered II.

Lips: El Agua liner, Bettina lipstick, and Asphalt Jungle gloss. (The first time I've worn gloss in years.)

I ended up buying Usbek and Bel-Ile, and will have my eye on the pot concealer in Honey and the brow pencil (whose name I didn't get).

PS: What's up with my wild bang hairs? 😛

Very very pretty @TKLJ. I have both Unfiltered palettes. Surprisingly I love love ll since I'm a type of girl like pigment blushers and tend to have heavy hand when applying them. Every time I wear it, it does look liked I wear blush, blush topper and highlighter at the same time and it bings out my cheekbones while looking very natural.
