@lilaclily maybe you want and LED face mask instead of a microcurrent device. You're feeling zapped because it uses microcurrent to stimulate the facial muscles. You're supposed to use a gel or conductive cream under it. Have you tried using a thicker layer? You shouldn't be getting constantly zapped.

Oh to be that age again. My daughter took me to South Korea for my 70th birthday. This old dog learned several new tricks. We had skin analysis, scalp analysis and a free consultation with a licensed plastic surgeon. I now use TORRIDEN Cleansing Foam(contains Hyaluronic acid , PDRN Peptide Serum, Vitamin C, PDRN repair cream all at night time. Oooh, ok, bespoke primer @AgingOutLoud ! @ReallyChar , you do what suits your skin. But, the better your skincare prep is, usually the better your base/complexion lays. The primer can fit nicely, like @SportyGirly125 to extend wear and like @AgingOutLoud noted, you can also just apply it in specific ways. During the summer, I use Danessa Myricks Beauty Yummy Skin Mattifying Water Powder Serum with Niacinamide and Hyaluronic Acid 1.01 oz / 30 ml as a primer in areas where oil will cause separation, usually folds (nose, laugh lines) and not on my cheeks/chin. Eye primer - depends on the eyeshadow, lid/skin type IMO. For example, I use primer when I'm wearing just winged liner so the liner sets, otherwise it'll transfer to my lid. For things that are eye paints, I don't need them if there are silicones in the paint.
