I like your approach of having different bedtime routines that you can pull from, depending on the day and the situation; that's something I've worked on (and am still working on) myself, with various self-care routines. I find that my "ideal" or complete routines (whether it be for bedtime unwinding, skincare, or something else) don't always work with my mental health and what I'm able to do on that particular day, so I have to adjust and improvise. It's a work in progress, for sure.I am planning to tackle the financial wellness task tomorrow and this weekend as well - I really need to do some tighter budgeting and stick to more of a low buy after this month 😅. My parents actually gave me a financial planner/workbook for Christmas, so I plan to try to make use of that to help me figure things out.

My last check-in for March. Activities marked with blue butterfly emoji. Didn't clear the board but checked off some well meaning squares.Arts - Crafts - Hobbies: Checked off this square with a couple of activities over the last week/week-and-a-half - spent some time trying some different photography techniques and trying out some new-to-me recipes. Both continue to be works in progress. 😅 Hydrate: I've been struggling with either allergies or a cold the last couple of day; or, perhaps a combination of both. Whatever it may be, it's been causing me to need to take in more and more water just to stay hydrated. I feel like all I've been doing th elast couple of days is drink water and I still seem to need more. 😮🚰 Be(e) Kind To Yourself: Yep, sure am going to be in about 5 minutes ... I took a Benadryl about 10 minutes ago and am feeling it slooowly but suuuurely kicking in. Going to lie down and sleep just as soon as I finish and upload this post. Quote(s) of the Day: "As you grow older, you will discover that you have two hands, one for helping yourself, the other for helping others." ~ Maya Angelou Attitude of Gratitude: I stayed home and pretty much in bed all of Saturday. Spent some of that (literal) down time thinking about some of the many things and people for whom I am thankul / grateful. Speak Kindly to Yourself: Normally, my inner voice (and sometimes my outer one, too) would tell myself to "suck it up, buttercup" and just keep pushing through. Today, I went to a meeting, and instead of just pushing through it, I decided to call it day. Which is what I did after stopping my the drugstore to pick up Benadryl. So, instead of "suck[ing] it up", I'm going to rest up. 😴🛌 April wellness bingo card will be up tomorrow (4/1).
