@itsfi Thank you for all of the helpful tips! I'm so glad to hear these come with instructions. I'll also need to pick up some nail adhesive tabs. I don't anticipate being able to handle wearing them for extended periods of time. That's a great tip about applying a base coat or nail hardener first. My nails are in pretty bad shape right now, probably due to the weather. I used to be able to grow them out, but they are so weak and brittle right now. Do you have a recommendation for a nail hardener? The last one I tried didn't seem to be particularly effective. The nails I purchased were just based on what happened to be on sale, so I didn't necessarily take shape and color into great consideration. The nails I purchased are all short versions, which is a good thing. There's absolutely no way I would be able to handle long ones. It looks like most of the ones I got are more square shaped. I wonder if that's the standard shape for these, as I can't see where it says what shape they are specifically. They look pretty square-like, though. I hope they aren't too challenging. That's good that they also have square oval as well!

If you're just starting to exercise, it’s great to begin with bodyweight exercises like push-ups, squats, and lunges to build overall strength. For a more targeted approach, I recommend exploring upper chest calisthenics exercises like decline push-ups and chest dips, which are detailed on BetterMe. They provide a structured way to develop your upper chest without needing equipment.

Yes! Or at least require that they be closely chaperoned by a guardian over 21. These stores are not there so everyone can have a nice time. They are there to make $$$ and those of us old enough to have more than allowance money are getting driven away because the store environments have deteriorated to such a degree, thanks mostly to kids who treat it like a fair grounds. I haven't set foot in a Sephora since 2017 after a bad experience where this huge crowd of middle school kids packed in right after their school got out and I had to wait in line for the tiny elevator (I'm disabled & couldnt use the stairs) to go to the 2nd floor for like 25 minutes while the kids went up & down, some friends getting in & some getting out, over & over, while showing off their tested perfume samples to eachother. The store wouldn't/couldn't do anything. Anyhow I think there's also a larger problem that kids, especially preteens, think they need to look older and to have complex beauty routines, such that you hear of 11 year olds using retinol. I know the main problem with that is social media pressure but hey, a supply-side effort at curbing the problem wouldn't hurt. No more unaccompanied kids in Sephora.
