Happy July, Beauty Insider Community! 🎇🌻😎 I feel like life can sometimes slow down a bit during the summer, but with packed weekend itineraries this year, I feel like I’m constantly on the go (anyone else with me? 🙋‍♀️). I don’t know if I’ve quite achieved hot girl summer status, but I’m trying my best to stay feeling glowy, clean, pretty and HAPPY! ✨ I have good friends, nice warm weather, and awesome beauty products to thank for getting me there.

The Ordinary Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% Oil Control Serum  has been working well for me.  Thanks to all who endorsed it - it helps keep my oiliness at bay in the summer.  Not a miracle worker but it helps.

I'm also loving my spa head band from The Vintage Cosmetics Company, and my Basik Edition knotted headwrap from Sunci (90% polyester, 10% elastic). Already bought a second.  Love the material! If anyone knows of anything else like this, pls tag me.  I'd love to have different colors or prints in a headwrap with this texture.

The Ordinary's niacinamide isn't one I've tried @greeneyedgirl107! Good to know you like it. I'm working through a few bottles of Glow Recipe Watermelon Glow Niacinamide Dew Drops Serum  - I like the sheen it gives my base makeup. 😊

@greeneyedgirl107 , about the head wraps, do you sleep in them or just wear during the day? I ask because I have been on the hunt for years without success to find a head wrap that I can sleep in that 1) will stay on all night 2) isn’t crazy tight 3) isn’t hot. I have thick wavy hair and have noticed how much less frizz I have when I can make myself sleep in a wrap.

@SportyGirly125 I'm curious--what do you like most about the L'Occitane mist?  I haven't heard many people talk about it but I was pretty intrigued when it launched.

@CookieGirl1 @It smells amazing. If you like the almond scent from them then you will love this. I find it hydrating on my skin after a shower. I do layer it on top of my body cream. I know some have said the scent is too strong but for me it’s perfect. 

I forgot to mention that I did test it in store first before buying it.

@SportyGirly125 Everything sounds lovely! 😍 I noticed the L'Occitane Almond Shower Scrub 7.3 oz / 200 ml  as a new edition, I hope Sephora will carry the mist soon. I can imagine it smells real nice 💛💙

@CynthieLu Not sure if the mist is a L'Occitane direct or a store exclusive.  It has been doing really well and selling out.  It smells so good.  If you like the almond line you will love the mist.
