Happy July, Beauty Insider Community! 🎇🌻😎 I feel like life can sometimes slow down a bit during the summer, but with packed weekend itineraries this year, I feel like I’m constantly on the go (anyone else with me? 🙋‍♀️). I don’t know if I’ve quite achieved hot girl summer status, but I’m trying my best to stay feeling glowy, clean, pretty and HAPPY! ✨ I have good friends, nice warm weather, and awesome beauty products to thank for getting me there.

If you had to choose between one of these, I would recommend the Patrick Ta one because it has powder and cream and lasts longer on the skin than thé GXVE 😊 but yes both are sooooo pretty 🤩

It's end of the month faves time. 🥳 @GeorginaBT This is always a fun thread to read through. 🙂 

I'm reaching for my beach bag most of all, and these keep all my essentials covered.

I like to detangle my hair with a conditioning spray after a swim, mine smells lightly citrus and I squeeze it into my long hair, followed with a drop of Verb Ghost Oil. I let it air dry into beachy waves.🌞 

Like my hair, my skin is very dry naturally. So after some fun swim time I use the yummy smelling mini by SDJ ( it has collagen too *bonus!*) and hydrate before relaxing on the sand. 🩵💙

I keep my spf's close, for my skin and lips.  This sunstick is incredibly convient and not messy or greasy at all. It has a nice light fragrance too. And I can't forget my lipgloss doubling as spf. 😉

These are my favorite oils @CookieGirl1  They are the ones by K18, Olaplex and Ghost oil by Verb.

My hair is long, dry, fine and damaged from old highlights and being color treated. Oils really help me out 😉

Verb is a great oil, especially for fine hair. K18 and Olaplex help with my damage. 💗

Great monthly favorites !!!! I also like the Verb Ghost Weightless Oil to Fight Frizz and Enhance Shine 2 oz/ 60 mL . It smells amazing and I also feel it hydrates my hair right after using it. But I've read that glycerine can dry out hair as well and I saw that it has some in the formula. I still don't know what to think about it. So maybe I should do like you and use it on wet hair and see how it works 🙂

I do find glycerin hydrating, and maybe you have heard this so my apologies if this is old news. But it is a humectant. (Like Hyaluronic Acid) It hydrates our skin or, in this case hair, 😉 by drawing moisture out of the air.

But humectants could be drying in conditions say, where the air is extremely dry (and there's no where to pull moisture from). To balance this I like to apply serums and lotions while my skin is lightly damp, same goes for my hair.  Not dripping but lightly towel dried is perfect. 🩷

I'm with ya @GeorginaBT - no summer slowdown for me, but I'm encouraged by your post, and love that you are feeling glowy, clean, pretty and happy! 💖 Those are some fabulous faves you have there - the Oaui body wash sounds perf for summer and I think I need to give those Isle of Paradise tanning drops a try stat!

I have 2 lippies love for this month, fitting with National Lipstick Day coming in in just a few days - Ami Colé Hydrating Lip Treatment Oil 5/17 when I’m going for a warmer, more glossy look and SEPHORA COLLECTION Soft Matte & Easy Liquid Lipstick 4 Laid Back when my day is calling for a more matte lip finish. Both have been in heavy rotation this month. 💄💋

I’ve been toting the travel sized Diptyque Eau Rose 🌹 in my purse this week, adding a spritz to my wrists before I head into my office, and an occasional spritz above my desk for some mid-day aromatherapy. 😉

LANEIGE Cica Sleeping Mask 💚 came to the rescue to help soothe and calm an unexpected rosacea flare out earlier this month. The water sleeping mask does a lovely job of hydrating my skin overnight and this Cica version is great for reducing redness and calming inflammation. 

The last but most definitely not least of my favorite products this month is the newly launched Tatcha The Indigo Cleansing Balm Moisturizing Makeup Remover 1.9 oz / 54 g. Elegantly packaged and exquisitely effective, this fragrance free, Japanese indigo extract and lipids based balm has become my new favorite cleanser - the soft, silky & smooth balm spreads over my skin easily (with or without the gorgeous disc-spatula), with zero tugging or pulling. It gently and effectively removes sunblock, makeup, dirt and excess oils without leaving my skin feeling stripped, dry or tight. 💙

The formula is soft and smooth and it’s done such a good job @makeitup305 with removing makeup and sunblock without leaving a residue or leaving my skin feel stripped. I’ve been really pleased with it. 😃
