weird redness :(

PLEASE HELP! 😞  After I usually wash my face or do any sort of skin care or even touch my mouth and wax my facial hair, these red things come up near my mouth. Idk if they’re pimples but I don’t think so. they have a smooth lumpy texture and I don’t know what to do to prevent it. I’m very gentle with my skin but I’m not sure what it is and how to prevent it. They usually stay for a good two hours and they leave little pimples or bumps behind but the redness does come back later too which is why I don’t do skincare in the morning because it’s noticeable. I’ve even tried leaving them alone but they never go away. I try putting these tea tree oil pimple patches even tho they I don’t they think are pimples and I don’t think it’s helping and the redness spreads usually too but only near my mouth area. It’s one of my biggest insecurities. They itch sometimes too but I leave them alone. Does anyone know what I could use to sooth it or what it is or how to prevent them??

@umniyah If you are able, I'd recommend checking in with a dermatologist so they can evaluate the area and offer suggestions for what it may be, along with possible treatments.

I would guess your having a reaction to something your using. Personally I wouldn’t wax facial hair because the skin on your face is much more sensitive then your body and cut back on your routine for a week or two and see if that helps at all. You could also try an eczema lotion on the red patches I use Aveeno for my flair ups and it works wonders overnight

I only started using wax strips yesterday! They’ve been here for so long and honestly I’ll try that  lotion and see how it goes, thank you!
