Why do some of us get our boxes so late? I get charged on the 2nd or 3rd of every month and they don't ship my box until the 15th and I get it a week later, last box came 10/21. I'm getting box 5 this month. Just curious why some people already got their November boxes? Did anyone get box 5 yet?

Hey guys! I’m new to the Sephora Play! box, and I was wondering if anyone could help me out.. I subscribed to the play box on Nov 3rd, so I was wondering if I’ll receive the November box? I don’t see anything in my recent orders and I haven’t been charged for it yet, plus I’m just not sure how this all works lol

I think if you subscribe before the 15th, then you get the current month's box.  Therefore yes, you'll get the November box 🙂
