I wish we could customize our boxes better. I hate all hair products except dry shampoo. All hair products go in the trash. Also, I have dry skin and most of the masks are not suited to me even if they say they're for dry skin. Why can't Sephora do sheet masks or sheet eye masks? Other than mascara this month my box is a bust. I do Ipsy and Ipsy does a much better job matching our profiles. I've had so many weird items from Sephora and it seems like they really don't look at our profile. Sephora boxes have not been very good lately.

I agree. I'm lucky to get my box by the end of the 3rd week, usually 4th week. I'm shocked to see my box is still in "pending" whereas, people already have received their boxes. The delay in getting the playbox is making me reconsider if I want to even continue with the subscription.
Has anyone ever received a "Sold Out" e-mail when it comes to your Play box? I'm so frustrated. A large company, such as Sephora, should not run out of products for their monthly boxes. My daughter received the message on her subscription e-mail as well.
Somewhat related is the issue of pretty much always getting perfume with an online Sephora order despite having selected other items as part of my 3 free items. Have others experienced this in the past?
i ordered and put other items also and got cologne not even perfume i emailed them about it
