I love the perfume samples. All the other amazing items make up for them plus they’re ALWAYS perfumes that I’d never be able to afford or try first. At least if I fall in love with them like I did when I was sent Marc Jacobs Decadence, I was able to buy it on sale.

I keep getting mascaras and eye liners...can I PLEASE get something different? I mean a person can only use so many mascaras and eye liners in a certain time frame. Sorry, I'm not trying to gripe

Hey I am new to this but I was told by a friend who has been subscribed for a while that when this happens you should update your profile and take those items off for a while and pick something else. Hope this helps.

I like Sephora but we always get same samples they offer in the rewards. They should give us samples of items that just arrived.

I sincerely don't understand all the complaints I see every month. You're paying $10! Everyone wants deluxe samples of high end products, or they don't like their products. If you want to try something specific go to the store, buy it yourself. You have a makeup subscription, if you're not about surprises, or you want to be picky, don't subscribe. Also, The value of every box is well over $10... and it's... you know... $10, so maybe don't complain, or don't subscribe. I subscribe to ipsy, birchbox, boxycharm, and play. Play is the best. Hands down. Thanks Sephora! Keep it up
