Dear Sephora - I love the playbox, but why do you only send foundations, face powder samples, etc. for caucasian skin? I always end up giving it to my coworker, so it's a complete waste for me. Last month boxes were one of the worst. However, the theme was all about the variety of complexions. Having more range would be VERY much appreciated.

Make sure that you set your skin tone in your profile. I was getting foundations for deep skin tones until I realized I had it set wrong

I agree! At the very least they should be able to send light/med/dark boxes. I understand it’s a sample so it can’t be a PERFECT match but subscribers should be able to check a box on their Play! profile to get a shade in the ballpark of their skin tone.

Definitely make sure to set your colour! I am medium/dark skinned & the foundations that I have received have matched my skin!

I also haven’t been really exited with my monthly boxes lately. Hoping this one & Dec are better.

by the number of comments on youtube videos and here I really hope you guys make using the play box points available for online shoppers. I do not have a Sephora store near so they are going to waste every month and its pretty unfair for those of us that don't live near a Sephora

I so agree with this! I am disabled and hardly get out and don't drive. I do all my cosmetic shopping online as to save my hubby from having to go with me as he is my driver. Si yes using them online would help me so very much as it is not fair to those of us who cannot get to one.

I totally agree! I also do not have a local Sephora and have only been able to use 2 of my cards since February so that’s a lot of extra points that have been wasted. I would be really unhappy to know that that’s probably what they count on.

It does seem that the play boxes have mascara in them all the time!  I personally would like a play box that gives all kinds of perfume scents.  It seems that some of the items received really doesn't get used by anyone.  I am very sensitive in my eye area so the eye products get put aside for gifts for my friends.
