 When I opened up the lipstick it came out and fell onto the floor and both lipsticks are the same color

Actually many Play subscribers didn't receive any damaged lip products myself included.

The lipstick I received in the February box fell out of the tube the very first time I opened it. It fell onto the floor and my dog immediately tried to eat it. Sephora really needs to step it up with the quality of their picks or I will be canceling my subscription.

Looks like I'll be cancelling after this month. I'm done with the repeats. Done with the reds. DONE WITH THE OIL BASED HAIR CRAP. Geez and I thought Ipsy was bad...

How about coral lipsticks? Fuschia? There are a hundred excellent lipstick colors that  aren’t NUDE or RED. Be creative! How about glittery lipsticks, shimmery, matte, satin? A glittery orange! Come on, be fun. ...... The dark vampirish berry lipstick I received in February arrived in a broken state and fell out of its tube to the floor. This monthly service is repetitive, uncreative, and cheesy.

I get a lot of nudes and pinks. I would really prefer red, but I don't know how to signal that.

I actually received a really pretty fuschia NARS matte lip color and loved it! My Sephora lipstick was a deep red, but thankfully it came unbroken.

That was the worst lipstick I've ever tried. Truly! The formula was nasty and patchy and the color was a miss too. You didn't miss anything!

My lipstick in February play box came broken too!! And what's even weirder is that the consistency of the lipstick makes it unusable, everytime you try to apply it it just crumbles... very disappointing I've never had any defective products with Ipsy!! At this point after reading all the unhappy reviews I'm thinking I should just cancel

I just canceled my monthly IPSY. 3yrs and time for a change up. Going to give SephoraPlay a go-ahead. Seems that the sampled products are of higher quality

My sample lipstick in February's box was also broken! I took the top off to look at the color, and the lipstick itself fell into my lap! Please SEPHORA, no more lipstick. My profile prefers lipgloss
