@Ayeyosolo  When did you sign up doll? Have you been charged for the box? If you haven't been charged, then, no you're not getting this months box. If you just signed up, say within the last 1-4 weeks, then you'll get next month's box. If you didn't just sign up and/or you have been charged, I'd contact customer service. Hope this helps. 🙂

I’ve been signed up since December and wasn’t charged for the March box  either ?

I have a similar issue. I signed up in February, was charged March 1st and my order still says "pending". I also put an order in for my daughter to get her own subscription. This is the 2nd time I've had shipping problems with Sephora and they're about to lose my business.

where can I find my box number for this month's box?

Hi, @Anonymous! 

If you log in through a browser, NOT the app, and go to your Account > Recent Orders > View Order Details for your Play! box (it was dated 3/4 for me), you can see the “item number” next to the image. The last 3 numbers of the item number is your box number. Make sure you’re looking at the ITEM number. 😉

I hope that I don’t get the IGK thing. I already have that. Other than that I’m  good. Also, my February lipstick cane broken as well and I sent an email to Sephora. I never got a reply...

they usually just refund your money for the full box and don't respond. check your bank account to see if you got a refund for $10.

I have loved my Play subscription. The only question I have is about the 50 beauty insider points --- I live 1 hour away from any Sephora store. Is there any way we can get extra points for online purchases?

Hoping they allow us to use our points online someday because its more a convience to some. Shopping at Sephora with a newborn is a little tricky sometimes haha
