I too am not a big fan of all the hair samples. I prefer make-up and masks. I have so many of these little hair sample products that I end up giving away or tossing out.

Festival beauty to me means low maintenance and long wear...we'll see what it means to the folks at Play! I'd love to find a sunscreen I don't hate for my neck, chest and shoulders. And pls pls pls send the oil, my hair doesn't need any help with volume

So tired of hair products. I have way to much hair for samples. To really know if it is a good product i would need atleast a weeks worth. For how much hair i have compared to someone with thin hair. Thats a months supply.

Totally agree. I have 4-5x times the amount of hair and a sample doesn’t even provide enough for 1 time use so it’s pointless (unless it’s a dry shampoo i can test on my roots).  They have GOT to start personalizing these a bit more. Otherwise I’m cancelling. Last year’s in early 2017 were wayyy better... they went down hill quickly

I’m also tired of hair care samples. I have short hair, so while I could get use out of the product, my thin, straight hair typically doesn’t need deep conditioning masks or blow drying products.

Have you updated your personal profile? Once I did, the items have become more tailored to my issues & skin tone (except for the pink lipsticks, lol). I hope this suggestion helps 😊

They have different boxes, so not everyone gets the same things. I think it's like 3 different ones. Also, if we all got the same thing why would they offer different choices? I think someone at customer service was wrong.

I feel like the theme for this box VERY far off. When you say Festival I'm expecting pops of color, adventurous makeup, etc. The only thing I think kinda fits is the sunscreen since outside and such. otherwise, skin and hair care is "festival"? Im getting box #364, pretty disappointed and not excited for it. Sunscreen, cleanser, and moisturizer- sure ill use if I like and my skin is ok with them. the hair balm and hair mask- No thanks. never enough for my thick and down to my waist hair. hard pass for me on double hair care in the same box. Lastly the Stila Eyeliner is a repeat from my September box. used it maybe three times and it has sat unused on my vanity since. They could have done a lot of different stuff and/or color if they wanted it to be a "Festival" based box. Hopefully next month is better....

I agree about the hair samples those of us with long hair can’t use them because there is not enough  product.  If they want to give us the small bottles then I would be glad to review.  I will pass on those packet samples.
