How do you know what box number you have? 😶

If you log in through a browser, NOT the app, and go to your Account > Recent Orders > View Order Details for your Play! box (it was dated 3/4 for me), you can see the “item number” next to the image. The last 3 numbers of the item number is your box number. Make sure you’re looking at the ITEM number. 😉

UGH a hair product? Really? I never use the hair samples. I JUST WANT TO TRY COVER FX HALO ALREADY, DAMX! Like, i feel like a broken record, but that stuff is expensive and it's not unreasonable to want to sample first. I don't want to PAY for samples I'm not going to use, let alone purchase the full size of. So why do my recommendations and reviews and comments not matter???

Me too! I've been wanting to try the Cover fx drops! I got so many hair products in my box, I rather have more skin care products or makeup!

you know you can go to sephora and get samples right you are allowed 3 per department

That's true, but I've seen some people write on here that they do not have any Sephora stores close to where they live, you can get samples online also, but only the ones that are available to choose from.

@tiffmarie1 That’s a very specific sample request lol. I wouldn’t hold out on the purchase, expecting it to be in your Play! Box, that’s only going to keep getting you upset. I would try to find a sample elsewhere. Or maybe find a YouTube review/tutorial on the product with someone that has your similar skin tone and decide from there if you like the way it looks.

@tiffmarie1 Play is based strictly off of what little profile they have you fill out when you sign up. This isn't Ipsy where your reviews on products matter, what you prefer for colors, etc. Not for those other matters anyways. If you have a Sephora near you, you can go in and request a sample of what you're wanting to sample. Hope this helps! 🙂

I have gotten 2 of the 3 products listed before in previous PLAY! boxes. In my hint I saw at least 5-7 products I’ve received in previous PLAY! boxes as well. It feels like it’s just gotten down to constantly recycling the same products. PLEASE bring new products!!!!!

@melissasp07, no you don't have to buy online to get box per say. You have to sign up for the Play by Sephora box. It's $10 a month. You would not get this months(March) box.
