Same thoughts! Twice this has happened in my three months subscription. I really don't understand what I should expect , the products that's visible in my play by Sephora profile current box or it can be random. I so excited about the face mask and blur stick. But I got none. I am tried of getting lipsticks. Is the current box that is visible in my profile a standard set or that should have reached me? I am really disappointed

I was supposed to get the exact same items you listed from your preview but instead received the exact same WRONG items. I have had my membership for over a year. I don’t think I will continue my membership. I can go into the local Sephora and get samples of things I want to try for free (they practically force them on you. Lol)

OMG yes what a perfect post. I was so excited to try Play and my first- and last- 2 boxes were such a disappointment I just cancelled. Who. Needs. That. Many. Moisturizer samples!! Crying over the blur stick I wanted so bad!! Great post, truth!

Thank you for your commentary!  This will be my first Sephora box and it may be my last.  I left Ipsy because I have more eyeliners than I can ever use.  And mascara.  And red lipstick that I never wear.  Ugh.  There has to be a good one out there.

SAME HERE! I received my email the morning my box arrived, stating what I was was in my box: Milk Blur Stick, Bite Beauty Lipstick in Rhubarb, Wander Beauty Gold Eye Mask, Fresh Rose Face Mask, Caudalie Vinosource Moisturizing Sorbet, and Stella McCartney perfume sample

Unfortunately that was a lie, as I only received THREE out of the six mentioned. The other 3 items were all repeats/items I'd received in previous boxes. I was so disappointed! 

WHAT I ACTUALLY GOT: Bite Beauty Lipstick, Wander Beauty eye masks, and Caudalie Moisturizer. What I already had but got anyway- Clinique black eye liner , Kat Von D duo fragrance (Sinner/Saint) and some tiny Clarins moisturizer sample

Very Very sad since the January box had a similar issue- I did NOT receive all what my "What's in your box" Email stated, but I thought maybe it was tied to all the other issues with the January box...

super frustrated!! was so excited to receive the milk makeup blur stick because i've been wanting to try it forever, but instead i got another clinique sample. UGH. don't get me excited for something im not getting. i want the milk sample or my money back!!

I'm so done with PLAY. I have received the same color of Bite lip crayon or lipstick three times now in my box. I was going to cancel last month but gave it one more try. Not anymore. On to try another beauty box.

I would love to have received the items that I was told I would receive. This is my very first box and already I feel off to a bad start. Don't tell me I'll be receiving certain items only to receive something different. Not happy at all.

This is the second month in a row I've gotten stuff other than what I was supposed to receive.  I just got a bunch of Clinique makeup, plus the EXACT SAME lipstick I got last month.  I'm done.

One more thing to say- I didn't sign up to receive Clinique makeup and Daisy perfume. These items are not expensive and so I hope I won't be getting any more samples. Disappointed in my very first box. Hope things change or I will be cancelling and putting my money somewhere else.

I only received a couple of the items that you said I would receive.  I would've like the box showed than the one I got.  😞  I'm going to give it a couple more months and if it keeps getting disappointing I'm going to cancel.

Please no more Clinique. It’s not expensive to try, so no need to sample so often.

Really disappointing...first, I only got 5 items. 2nd, not a fan of Kat von D. Eould really have liked to have received the items they claim to have shipped. I’ll give it another couple of months but increasingly I am handing stuff off to shelters, which I am sure they appreciate but I know they’d rather have the $10....

Hi. I only received 5 items in my box, not 6. I got the eye mask, the Caudalie, bite lipstick, a Perricone cream, and a perfume (not the one pictured, but a perfume), however I didn't get the Milk concealer. Did anyone else get only 5? Pretty sure I only got 5 last month too, but I never went back and checked like this month, so that mistake is on me.

I used to LOVE my sephora box and would recommend to everyone. But the last few months have been a flop!!!! All I get now is skincare and also getting doubles. I joined for makeup!!!! The sizes have been getting super small and I've gotten a

couple products that were empty. I'm just not happy at all anymore and I think I can spend my $10 a month somewhere else and get better stuff. Think it's my time to cancel 😞
