Does sephora give anything other than primer and lipstick. Even after requesting last time not to give that anymore I can still see that it has been sent in the February box. I mean seriously why???

Hey. I just received my Play! Box and the KAT VON D - Perfume

was completely shattered and the alcohol in the perfume slightly damaged the other products. It may be a good idea to include some kind of cushion to prevent this from happening. It’s a little hard to figure out if there are tiny glass shards in the rest of the products.

I'd suggest you contact Customer Service over the phone. They are normally pretty good on replacing broken items, free of charge. 🙂

So sick of getting lipsticks. Especially  when they are a neutral blah color I can't wear. And please no more hair conditioner or hair mask. think I have enough hair conditioner and hair mask to open up my own beauty supply store LOL
