I agree no more lipstick! These boxes are supposed to be personalized, but if they were I wouldn’t be getting lipstick. I never buy lipstick! And don’t wear it. Also no more primer. How about some face wash, or face serum, or mascara! Or hair products that isn’t drybar! Need more variety in these boxes. I may try a different box if these don’t get better.

Please no more Bite beauty leftovers from last years birthday gift. All the nude lipsticks you send are not a good color match for me and just look muddy. Also, enough with the mascaras. I would like more skincare items and samples that aren’t just leftover 100 point items. While I am at it, the new plastic baggies area terrible and cheap replacement for the cloth drawstring bags.

I hope to get the glow recipe watermelon glow sleeping mask. I have been getting so many of the similar colored lipsticks and they are unflattering with my skin tone. And whenever you guys say one of the “hints” will be in our monthly box, it never is in my box. If I don’t expect at least most of my box as good things, I’m unsubscribing.

Either the eye mask or face mask please. No more nude/mauve lipsticks. I have literally gotten the same unflattering shade of mauve/nude four times. No more of this lip color or mascaras or I will unsubscribe next month.

Me too!  I couldn't use anything in the last couple of boxes.  Couldn't even find anyone to give them to.  Last chance this month and I unsubscribe too.  Nude lipsticks - why fill out a profile -?  I wear reds!!!

Sephora I Kno y'all need money jus like everyone else but but leave out the greed an recyclables an cheapy tricks on ur emails for sneak peeks plz.....I'm sure wayy over half of ur loyal play customers will b expecting a major sucking up/ kiss n makeup for ur February boxes...from the last 3 boxes hav been spiraling dwn hill into poopy zone...like one of the products was sooo last year from the free bday gift an now the drunk elephant is this year's bday gift ...ok???? Soo I'm goin to give this month one last chance an I am......NVM I'm actually going to to unsubscribe after I post this msg ...an btw ladies there is a really awesome deal tht my wonderful hubby found at Wally world an I couldn't believe tht he only paid $10 for 12 nice sized items for skin care an in very nice brands....not high end but heyy if ur willing to spend $10 on a play box for crappy cheap an tiny samples then it def worth giving Wally world box a try....they have boxes for skin hair and makeup ... depending on ur needs! an I've used some things already an they do make a difference 😉 I'm very pleased an happy....so I think I'm jus goin to go Bak to Birchbox an get my Wally world boxes caus I'm happier an it more worth the price 😁 sooo until Sephora wants to go the extra mile for their loyal customers I may come Bak 😉 good luck to ur future Sephora maybe one-day I may subscribe again

There are two ways of looking at any purchase--least expensive and best value.  Rarely can both terms be used to describe the same item.  This is a perfect example.

By the way, those Neutrogena facial wipes burned the heck out of my skin.  They are far from gentle!

I received this box from Walmart over a year now it cost me 5 bucks. Sephora is still one of my favorite but I also receive Allure and Birchbox canceled my ipsy box just to many and I do my best to review the product of all and share with my friends so now they are ordering their own boxes now but love to share with my friends that can't get their own box grearfull for all the time and efforts that goes into getting them to us each much and trying products that normally I couldn't afford myself to tryout.  Thanks for reading.

yes it is Walmart...I figure when u go there so many times u can jus call on Wally haha. evrythng tht I have used has made a diff so it kina made me rethink to myself if I'm judging Walmart as cheap ....but as I use the products over time I actually do c results jus as I would usin something expensive from Sephora....now I still luv Sephora it jus the play box has turned into cheapy an cheapier over past 4 month but ya I luv the Walmart boxes caus it a good variety 😉

Why continue with nude lipsticks, please spice it up. Was hoping for pinks or reds since it the month of love. This will be my 4th or so nude lipstick.

definitely unsubscribed. Getting a nude lipstick every month is super annoying. That color does not work on my skin tone, ever. I stayed til this month to see if I'd get a red for Xmas or Valentine's Day... nope. I tried to love these boxes. 😢 Someone lmk when the boxes get better.

sooo good i had one samle &  had to buy it! its incredible i noticed the glow the following morning  after taking a selfie on my iphone and wow ! skin looked soo good and glowwwwieeee specially on pics
