I agree with you on that I also have many skin issues and I'm starting to drift away from play more and more I'm really thinking of cancelling after this one because haveing skin problems I can't expect everyone to be able to use the same stuff as people with sensitive skin and I have lupus so I really got to watch cuz stress triggers them nasty hard to get rid of rashes and then I got to deal with stuff in my boxes I can't use and end up throwing aways n wasteing money I wish they had a survey so people with sensitive skin can have a voice..

I agree, no more BITE lipsticks or crayons. I like that brand but have gotten so many BITE trial size lip products from Sephora over the last few years - and it's always the same colors! Lipstick shades are VERY personal, so I think it's best to steer clear of those in general for something like this...

Have to say disappointment with Sephora. I really thought it would be better then the Ipsy bags but NOPE not by a long shot.  Sephora you need to kick it up a notch or you will lose many subscribers.

It was my first month. Not sure how I feel, very small samples. I read you get a make up bag, I didn’t receive one. Maybe February will be better?

I actually called customer service about my disappointment in this box.

i get ipsy for 3 years now and this was my first try at play!. The guy on the phone was so sweet he actually told me this month they would not charge me for the 

next box and to give it another chance

just so I wouldnt cancel my subscription. Now that’s some seriously amazing customer service and I am a big fan of that.

No bags with Sephora play, that's Ipsy. With Sephora you actually get brands that are available where as Ipsy sends brands i have never heard of. Same price, but I'd take the stuff I've heard of over the bags that pile up with no use. If you want bigger than trial size, you have to upgrade both with Sephora and Ipsy, or try Boxycharm. Either way its double the price at $20 + a month. That beauty blender soap is totally amazing, both for sponges and brushes. Wasnt a fan of the hair combo as I have long thick hair and it was like throwing a mouthful of water at a full house fire. Hope your boxes get better!

Some months are better than others; I have received sample sizes and travel sizes in the past. The last few months they have moved to a plastic sealable bag. I will say even some of the sample sizes go a long way and you don't need much.

Enjoy! you got the box I was supposed to receive according to my email, instead I got sent a totally different box that contained items that went in the trash. Also, they did away with sending actual

makeup bags now, all

you get is a plastic ziplock bag.

PLEASE NO MORE BITE!!! I have received the same glacé lipstick 3 times. This brand makes my lips have an allergic swelling reaction!!! I DON'T WANT BITE FOR THE SECOND MONTH IN A ROW! @SephoraPLAY
