I was so disappointed in January’s bag.  My bag I was shown online was not at all what I received.  I was given duplicates of things I already have several of.  I contacted Customer Service and they were HORRIBLE!!!  I was told sorry but the good thing is I can look forward to next months bag.  I contacted several times before someone finally refunded my money.  I then cancelled my service.  It’s a shame, I have been getting the bag since the beginning and it used to be so good. Them moving to these cheap plastic bags that the products don’t fit was the start of the bag going downhill.

I still haven't received January Play box. How's about an actual customer service representative finalizes January shipping before asking for throwing of confetti around February boxes.

Exactly! My box finally came the 28th of January. Lipstick colors have been boring, I immediately give them away. I TRIED to like that mushroom monstrosity but cudnt. not a fan of sheet masks either. And finally the plastic bags? wth? Why commission so many plastic bags to be made? How about don’t send one, save the planet.

The muddy, ugly lip colors are a waste of my time and hated the weird mushroom drink. How about including samples of more high end products that people actually might want to try before shelling out money to buy full size. That’s what sampling is all about. If this box is another dud, I’m switching to a different company’s monthly subscription.

No more mauve or beige lipstick/liners!!! It feels like Sephora is getting rid of their most boring makeup samples in the play boxes. How about some color?? The last box was a disappointment, I'll cancel my subscription if this one is also a dud

I agree with others.  The last few months have been a major disappointment.  I spend an average of $100 a month at Sephora.  A lot of that is from samples in the box and it's makeup.  Stop with so much facial creams and hair products.  I want makeup!

Everyone here complaining about the plastic bags and how they aren’t environmentally friendly but then the same people throw samples out. Have y’all ever consider just keeping what you like and gifting what you don’t like? A niece, a sister, a mother, a grandmother? Donating to a shelter or non profit organization? 

peoppe are so negative for all that they receive. Positive thoughts bring positive things.....

I throw nothing out! I have a toy box full of Sephora, birch box, Ipsy and allure beauty box products and allow my esteemed lash & brow clients to choose whatever items they want. I also give away the Sephora plastic bag every month. By far the best box is allure. Awesome big samples and the one of a kind bag is reusable. that said, I love Sephora store and shop there big time. But their beauty box is the most expensive, if u wait til the end of the year most companies offer 25% off a year subscription, which makes awesome Christmas gifts because they get a box every month long after Christmas is over, the other three box subscriptions comes out to like $8 a month. I subscribe to 4 boxes, Sephora is the priciest with just a meh bag. not sure why my Sephora box wasn’t delivered until January 28.
