Many of us has posted a least once at on the Beauty Pet Peeves 2 thread.  And if you're like me then you've posted many, many times.  Well, this thread is meant to be a positive counterpart to the Pet Peeves thread.  It's a place for us to share our beauty victories, great and small.  Post about any wins you have.  Be it a good sale, a unicorn, a glitch that works in your favor, thankfulness for a free sample, and so on.

This can also pertain to accomplishments you've made.  Like being diligent with your routine to trying a new lippie...

Today’s beauty viictory was the satisfaction of sharpening a bunch of pencils! Also, the Gucci sharpener that came with the Gucci Gucci Crayon Définition Sourcils Eyebrow Pencil 02 Blond  also had a little pull out teensy-tiny pick to clean the blade. So nice! And so does the SEPHORA COLLECTION 3-in-1 Pencil Sharpener ! Winning! @greeneyedgirl107

It is nice! I have mostly used my Anastasia Beverly Hills 3-in-1 Makeup Pencil Sharpener  but I didn’t think that one has a mini-pick, but now I’ll need to check!

@greeneyedgirl107 - I've been meaning to post this victory for over a week!  This is my mom's fave moisturizer.  I always buy it for her because it's $79.  I was able to snag it from Perricone direct for $33 during BF sales. 😁

Not 100% sure this would count, but I definitely count this as a beauty win! I had several minis/DS of the COLOR WOW Dream Coat Supernatural Spray Anti-Frizz Treatment  just sitting in a drawer. I had tried it once ages ago and didn’t remember it doing anything for me. I periodically like to go through my beauty drawers and donate unused/unopened items to a local women’s shelter, and my mom asked if I would do the same with her beauty drawers. I noticed that she had a FS of the Dream Coat, and was inspired to try mine again. She’s VERY picky when it comes to skin and haircare, and admittedly, I buy most of her products for her. So for her to buy one on her own was unusual.

since it had been so long, I re-read the use instructions and used it the next night. The results were INCREDIBLE. Turns out, I wasn’t using it the way it should be used, which is why I hadn’t seen results. I guess the good karma came back quickly on this one because what started out as a declutter to donate ended up with a discovery of a truly HG status product!

@cianni VERY interesting!  Love that you shared this.  I just bought one recently but haven't tried it.  How do you use it?

@greeneyedgirl107 I generally air dry my hair, or give it a quick blow dry either after towel drying or when it’s 90% dry for some volume. When I use the dream coat, after towel drying and generously spraying (I wasn’t using enough either at first - I used more than I normally would the second time around, and it didn’t make my fine hair greasy at all!), I blow dry it with tension from a brush. Sometimes just a paddle brush, and other times with a round brush. If I don’t use tension with a brush while blow drying, I see 0 results, so that’s the key for me!
