The Fall Lip Challenge

Okay okay, so I know it isn't *technically* fall quite yet (we just had a heat wave in the Bay Area...) but we are just too excited to break out all of the mauves, browns and deep reds for this festive season! Whatever your take on a Fall lip is, we want to see your pics and hear your thoughts.

Here's the challenge: Dig into your lipstick stash and pull out those fall-themed lippies! Post below with your different looks and, of course, let us know what you're wearing. We love to hear application tips and your thoughts on the product.

@heartsmyface Braised Maple looks wonderful on you!! You look beautiful as usual! I really liked that Canada only line Bite came out with. Such beautiful shades of red. I really like the color combos you mixed....I'm really digging the glittery finish.

@Glitternoodle Thanks! Bite needs more shades and more collections cause I can't get enough of them!  I think I'll be incorporating Bite Kale into a look this week.

Sooo gorgeous @heartsmyface! I will have to check out Braised Maple, I love the Matte Creme Lip Crayons! It looks like the perfect fall shade 🙂

Uh oh, it was one of the limited edition Canadian Maple scented lipsticks a couple years ago.  :(.  It should be easy to find a dupe for though. @blueviolet21

And this is why I love mixing colors. You can come up with just about anything you want with the right shades. 🙂

@trishavt I forget I can do that sometimes.  I do think I am in short supply of bronzes coppers and browns. I don't wear them a lot but I may want to pick up a few for deepening color purposes.  

I think the shade I came up with is prettier and more sparkly than what I was trying to dupe.
