100 Days of Lipstick Challenge

Hi BIC!

A lot of us have talked about our huge lipstick collections, and with the passing of another National Lipstick Day, I took stock of mine. I have about 200 lipsticks and glosses and realized, I only wear about 20 of them! So I'm challenging myself (and whoever else wants to join) to use more of them. I'm going to try to wear a different lipstick every day for the next 100 days.

Day 16: ColourPop Creme Lux lipstick in the shade What If? And I like it! At first I thought this was like my Tatcha Beautyberry but then when I looked at them side by side in pictures that What If is a lot darker. It just came out similar when I put it on. It’s described as a “cool toned fuschia.” Not seeing the cool tone very much lol! I don’t know how to describe this one at the moment. But at least the shade pictures on their website are a close match unlike Charlotte Tilburys! Love the wear and the feel. Not to matte as it feels a little creamy but not drying at all. I put a side by side collage of Beautyberry and What If so you can see the difference 🙂

Love this bright color!  I haven’t tried colorpop before, but it seems to be a popular formula.

@SnugglePuggle94 I LOVE CP What If on you!  I have this one too and it’s a favorite. Plus you can’t beat the wear and certainly the price!  I really like seeing you in these brighter colors. They so light up your face!

Aww thank you so much @jozkid! I was too scared before to even try bolder colors and never thought they actually would do well on me! Now I'm hooked 🙂 

What If takes some getting use too because it's such a pop of color but it's very pretty!

I’m coming down to the wire on Shiseido lippies!  This is a full size in Code Red (supposedly Ruby Red — I think not!) and then one last sample in the blister pack of Ginza Red I believe. Anyway I do like this one (though not ruby). I was really expecting it to lean way more orange from looking at the bullet. 

It did a pretty good job at lasting even through some leftover Arroz con Pollo for lunch. One of my twins cooked — with much help from me and Dad — this dish last night for a Spanish community for school. It was delicious, but way too much chopping and prep work for a weekday meal! Lol!
