I am so frustrated with the Sephora Rewards Bazaar! Yesterday I was able to snag one of the 3,000 point trucker jackets, and was pleasantly surprised! I received my confirmation email right after my order was placed. Only to receive an email today that my order has been cancelled because the inventory is out of stock. What the heck?! I have been saving up my points for a good while now, waiting to use them on something that I would love... and this is what happens? Honestly, this is such a turn off for me to even shop at Sephora. Every reward that’s actually worthwhile, generally over 1,000 points, sells out within seconds. It’s really unfair and will deter many customers from even wanting to shop & use points. They make the inventory so low that it’s nearly impossible for people to actually redeem these high point rewards. I am truly disappointed with Sephora and the lack of inventory for rewards that are over 1,000 points. The people that redeem these rewards are the people that truly spend lots of money at Sephora. At this point in time I may have to re evaluate where I spend my money and make the switch to Ulta... (sorry for the rant, just super irritated)

oh same here . I clicked on the hourglass and that happened. I called and they was like sorry I'll give u some points. I said I wish I could use it like Ulta bc I dont believe anyone gets them lol now I see ppl really do.

As I was redeeming a $125 reward at Ulta recently, I wondered why I was bothering to save my Sephora points for a reward I will never be able to get!

Sorry you had to go through that after spending enough money to have $3000 points. Lately Sephora’s websites have been buggy most of us weren’t able to comment on BIC or shop online through the app for awhile, now the rewards bazaar dumped old rewards. 

I’m told they’re revamping the rewards program and releasing a new one in August so maybe those changes effected it.

Ugh yeah it was definitely disappointing. Wow I didn’t know that they were updating the rewards program. Well hopefully the new one is better so I can actually use the points that were all put back on my account. Thanks for sharing the info!

That trucker jacket was an old reward from last year. Reward page was glitchy with bugs yesterday. A whole bunch of old rewards was showing up. I doubt that they was ever available again

That’s wild! When I talked to the customer service rep she didn’t even mention that and was super unhelpful! Thanks for the heads up. Still really irritated with the rewards bazaar, I’m just at the point where I don’t see the hassle of ordering higher point rewards anymore.
