I’m so excited for Atelier Cologne at first. But I received someone’s order of Laneige instead. Oh boy. Ruining my Halloween day.

Hi Kovaleka,

Had the same issue here. Have been complaining about it all over! I had ordered the 2500 point IT's a winter getaway. came in yesterday correct packing slip, but this was inside instead: https://www.sephora.com/product/hair-o-scopes-brightest-stars-bestsellers-P435405?icid2=products%20g.... While they said I could keep or return, they only refunded my points. No other attempt, like extra points or something to make up for their huge f up. It isn't something we can get replaced and it I get the impression like it happens all way to often. My other theory is that they realized they only had so many and to many got ordered so instead of canceling they throw in another item and wait for you to complain. I ordered from the app, whenever I have redeemed other rewards I have done so on my computer, did you order from the app too?

Still trying to feel less angry about this! maybe another or better reward will come along for the both of us!

No, I didn’t have app. I think the girl who received my orders enjoying them well. I feel sad still. Why did they pack 2 orders same box again? I bet you enjoyed yours. It looks good.

Got my first rewards redemption package yesterday. I was concerned that the bottles were going to break in the shipping process, but everything came through beautifully.

Well worth the points.

Amazing reward! Ditto to suggestion to layer them. I had a brand rep tell me that before and it’s a nice way to enjoy the scents in a new way.
