You can report it in Beauty Insider Community Feedback thread @shaedog1 , there's a similar post about loves list that was resolved (for some🤷🏽‍♀️), if you do, include as many details as you can like what kind of browser, screenshots, error messages etc etc Also, you can make an additional post in the customer support group
