App rewards fiasco

Anyone else having a heck of a time dealing with the app logging you out on new drops on rewards days. I continuously need to enter in my login, even though I always check off the button to stay logged in!!! This is fast becoming a joke because by the time I am logged back into the app, surprise, everything that I would like to snag is sold out.

Nope, you're not alone.   Same thing happens to me all the time.  I don't use my points because I can't get the rewards I want.

I can highly recommend joining Ulta’s reward program, much more generous samples, you can get like 12 samples for like 50/60/70$ online purchases and your points are actually turned into actual money you can spend, Sephora’s rewards program is a joke to compare!!
