What are you wearing, Fragrance edition!

I'm one of those gals that are obsessed with fragrances and have about around 50 60 70 80 and still collecting...(if you want to call it that.) So I would like to know what are you wearing today?

I'm wearing Obsession...(hahaha kinda fits this thread, doesn't it? :D)

Re: What are you wearing, Fragrance edition!

Last week was Atelier Figuer Ardent.

I don't know if they still do it, but they used to send fun postcards, and here is the card that came with this scent.

3/5- A citrusy slight anise figgy start. Cardamom quickly comes in. Unfortunately, so did the black pepper. The dry down was a figgy powdery scent. Quite strong. I forgot to pay attention to how long it lasted on me.

Re: What are you wearing, Fragrance edition!

@Samtian - I didn't have a chance to try this scent.  I do still have a few of the other perfumes, but didn't keep the postcards.

Re: What are you wearing, Fragrance edition!

@Samtian I remember getting a sample pack from them some years back with all the picture/postcards....they were so lovely, I wish I'd kept them! It's nice to see the one you shared and get that hit of nostalgia.

Re: What are you wearing, Fragrance edition!

@PDXXXX Thank you! I have all mine...somewhere. Haha.

Re: What are you wearing, Fragrance edition!

Today I am trying out Dossier Ambery Cherry, which is a dupe of ("inspired by") Tom Ford Lost Cherry.

Top notes: cherry, almond, cinnamon

Middle notes: plum, cloves, rose

Base notes: Tonka Bean, vanilla, Peru balsam

I enjoyed this fragrance - I think it's a pretty good dupe for Lost Cherry, which I really like, and its projection and longevity are quite good. I will be doing some more wear tests, but so far, so good.

@caitbird - This sounds* very nice! 🍒

*Edit:  Oops!

Re: What are you wearing, Fragrance edition!

Today I'm wearing 19-69 Invisible Post.  This is a spicy and citrus fragrance.  I bought the travel size without finishing the sample vial.  I liked it so much.

Top:  Petitgrain, Fig, Tangerine

Middle:  Palm Leaf, Black Current, Cyclamen

Base:  Sandalwood, Cedar, Tonka Bean

Re: What are you wearing, Fragrance edition!

@Titian06 I think this one has been on my to try list. Sounds great!

Every year I do a Pan It! - 2026 Challenge challenge. Here are the fragrances I will be testing and reviewing throughout the year. One mini and one travel per month. Each gets one week of use during my work. They were chosen by random number generator and not photographed in the order that was wrote down.

Bath and Body works - into the night

raspberry noir, amber crystals, velvety rose petals, creamy patchouli, and mocha musk.

Re: What are you wearing, Fragrance edition!

Re: What are you wearing, Fragrance edition!

This week I am working on a sample of KAYALI VANILLA | 28 Eau de Parfum

Not my imageNot my image

2.5/5- This starts out like an almost powdery vanilla. A baking kind of vanilla, which I learned after searching is the Tonka note. It's a very very strong scent. Gave me a headache. That was the only thing I could smell all day. Lasted over 10 hours. This will do well at work since not even 5 minutes into my shift I'm covered in cheese sauce.

Re: What are you wearing, Fragrance edition!

I'm sorry this gave you a headache, @Samtian .  I'm not sure cheese sauce and potent vanilla would be much better. 😅

Re: What are you wearing, Fragrance edition!

@Titian06 🤣 if there was anything that could over take the cheese sauce smell I'd bathe in it.
