Has anyone ever won anything at these events? If so, what is the process for getting your prize? They called my name but I haven't received an email or anything. My name is not that common, especially the way it's spelled, so I'm fairly certain it's my name they said/spelled in the chat. I won the Bobbi Brown gift pack last night. I'm so excited!!!!

@LainieS Congrats! I won a Dyson hair dryer last year.  They email you if you won with the email you provided and you have to fill out a form and send it back to them.  Also, they don't email you the day of.  I think they said it would take a week or so.
