Subculture palette from ABH

Hey guys!

I wanted to know what are your opinions about the palette? The majority of the reviews on Youtube are all negative but 3 of my favorite youtubers says that it's pretty great. I'm a little confused right now. In my opinion, I kind of feel like the popular youtubers just exaggerate about the palette and says bad things about it. I don't know, I'm lost right now.
