wrong address delivery

Sephora is absolutely unbelievable and pathetic in terms of customer service. I had placed out an order with them which god knows where they have delivered. clearly a wrong one from the picture of delivery. Upon contacted- 3 different people (Rude and cold) tell me It's my job to get up with their courier partner and get it figured like how bizzare is that?

would never purchase with this brand again to have a headache to solve this on our own for their shipping inefficiencies.
