Never get my samples
I usually order on Sephora online and for atleast the past few orders, I
never get my samples. The most recent order, I only got 1 samples and
none before that. why is that? #samples

EGift Card - 6 Digit PIN
I have an online gift card that says it can be used online but the gift
card number seems to have excess characters and only a 6 digit PIN code.
Not sure what to do.

@Paups Sorry to hear that! In order to redeem the gift card online, you
must have the 16 digit gift card number along with the 8 digit pin
number. You should still be able to redeem your gift card in store!

Lost Points
Hi, I have purchased a Sephora collection item when there was a 5X
points offer. But I have not received the points yet. I had the

@taiyeba If you're referring to your purchase made on 8/21, I see that
the bonus points were credited to your Beauty Bank. Please note that the
base points are credited separately from the bonus points!
