Lost Points

Hi, 

 

I have purchased a Sephora collection item when there was a 5X points offer. But I have not received the points yet. I had the promotion coupon while I made the purchase. Please double check on that.

@taiyeba If you're referring to your purchase made on 8/21, I see that the bonus points were credited to your Beauty Bank. Please note that the base points are credited separately from the bonus points!
