where is the return form button/link??

I'm baffled since I'm struggling to find the return form on sehpora.com.  

 

The instructions say go to orders and fill the return form but my orders doesn't have any thing that says return form? where is the form? 

What does that mean?  HELP PLEASE

Hello @SUBU304!  You can find the return label here! www.sephora.com/returnlabel 

 

You will be prompted to enter your order information to set up the return from this link, as well.
