return exception due to recent health problem

Hi, my name is Lauren most call me Lo. I have been an avid Sephora shopper since highshcool and being someone who has worked in a lot of customer service especially retail I highly respect return policies and have never fought the timeline to return products in the window it is allotted. I have been in the ICU since January for blood pressure issues and have not been able to return products that were not fitting my skin tone which were ones I bought loved and repurchased often since trying. However unaware of what was happening to my body such as fatal levels of low potassium , sodium , platelets and then what they are still unsure ended me up in the icu I was about to come in to echange for possibly different color matching or products that covered how pale I am and undereye darkness etc to at least now that I got released 2 days ago can fake it until I am recovered. I dont think I am above your very clear and long time policy on returns but due to the unforeseen inability to do this before I knew id be in let alone how long I was wondering if I could come in today with them and have someone help me get what I need to look well its tiring being asked if you're sick since ive been out even so recent. If possible I would love to come in before close please let me know if one time grace period due to circumstance is okay. and no harsh feelings if not. thanks for your time

@Lovelylola858 I'm so sorry to hear about this! Generally, our Sephora stores are unable to process returns or exchanges outside of our return/exchange policy timeframe. However, you may request to speak with the store if you have additional questions or concerns. Thank you.
