Return problem

Hi whenever I try to make a return label it get this message even thought I put all the right information "We don’t seem to recognize that order number or postal code. Please double check and try again."

Hi @Samuelcv,

 

You only need to enter the 11 digits of the order number. If your order number has a "-01" at the end of it, you don't need to enter that part. Also, please enter your postal code in the same format as your shipping address. For example, if you had a space in the middle, be sure to include the space. If you did not have a space in the middle, you would not include the space. I'll send you a message shortly to follow up!
