Return Product - Due to Allergic Reaction

Hi there, 

I purchased Drunk Elephant Suncreen, and unfortunately had an allergic reaction to it. I've used most of the tube to ensure that it was the product causing the allergic reaction and not anything else (i.e., another makeup product). I have 3 tubes (2 used and 1 completely unused). I went to the Sephora location downtown Toronto (Bay concourse), and Dre assisted me and was quite rude in saying that she was not able to find my receipt on my account or any type of history associated with these products. I searched everywhere, and I am  not able to locate the receipts, not sure what happened at the time of check out when I bought these products. Is there anyway, someone is able to assist me with returning these products. I am a regular shopper at Sephora, and it's unfortunate that I am not able to return these products, and the only reason I need to return these products is due to an allergic reaction.
