"We're sorry an unexpected error occurred. Please try again."

Heading says it all--every time I try to check out. I'm trying to complete my purchase and I have verified and verified again that all of my information is correct--security code, expiration date, account number, address, etc. And yet, I'm unable to purchase. This is likely the 6th time this happened to me on the site--not counting the 4 attempts today.

I'm sorry to hear this! With the app, please try uninstalling and reinstalling the app on your device. On the web browser, please try clearing your cookies and cache. You may need to look up how to do this on your specific device. If the issue persists afterwards, please let us know.
