Login Error: "Token Expired or random number not match. Please try again."

I've been unable to log into my Sephora account for what seems like month on a browser, I keep receiving the same error: "Token expired or random number not match. Please try again."

Nothing works, I've cleared my cookies, restarted my browser, turned off any extensions then tried a different browser (Chrome > Safari > Edge) and I still get it. Has anyone else had this problem? My app access works perfectly, but I'm afraid I'll get locked out there soon enough.

I've requested a password reset <10 times to see if that will help but I never get a link. Can anyone help?

I have been kicked off from my sephora account on the app saying token expired and it won’t let me in. I was able to sign in here but i’m afraid i won’t be able to get back in anytime soon.

Also having this issue. Cannot sign in at all on desktop browsers (windows 10 pc). Tried different web browsers, keep getting that token error.

same here! i had to use a different browser to sign in and write this, i'm so annoyed that no matter what I do I can't log in on my usual browser. Shouldn't be this hard to log in and place an order.

Same exact problem "Token expired or random not match..." message after I try to login - for over a month now. I've called customer service 4x and but still unable to login when they send me a new password set email. Each time, the agent noted they will notify IT support to look at my account but I never received an email or update. I still can't place an order unless I call it in!  I don't want to download the app because I have too many.  Still waiting for IT to send me an update....
