Advice please!

My skin has been dealing with hormonal acne and dark circles under my eyes for about a year and nothing ever seems to work. I get ten hours of sleep every night, so I don’t know why I have dark circles under my eyes and here is a picture of my skincare routine. Please help!

I’ve been there. Hormonal acne and dark circles can be so frustrating, even with good sleep and a solid routine. Maybe try simplifying products or checking for allergies. A derm visit might help, too. Some clinics get skincare samples through Pharmacy B2B platforms. Maybe ask if they have anything new to try affordably.
