problem with Sephora website

I am having trouble when I am Sephora website. When I first go on it is fine, but if I try to click on something it goes to a page that says “Bad Request your browser sent a request that this server could not understand. Size of a request header field exceeds server limit” I have never had a problem before.

Clearing  cookies does nothing.  Sephora continues to tell people that and ignores the problem.  It's not cute or funny.  Sephora loses sales.  I've NEVER seen a company with so many ongoing website problems, nor one that cares so little about it.  This has gone on for months.

So please, quit giving the cookie excuse.  Just say we don't want your business.  Shop at Northdrom's or Ulta, because that is what Sephora's actions demonstrate..

The only reason I even tried the website again is because of the upcoming VIB Rouge sale, and of course I couldn't even look at many of the items that interest me without getting the exactly same error message the OP reports. Last night, I cleared my cookies twice, and as usually it had zero effect.   I feel a complete sucker for spending all the money to get Rouge at such a company.

This is an ongoing problem with your website. It keeps going to an error page using Chrome on my iMac and my iPad. I then have to clear all my cookies and within a few hours it happens again. I don't understand why you can't fix this.

I have an iPad Pro, not sure how to do that.

It happens on Ipads and PCs.  The cookie instruction doesn't work.  They told me that months ago, I've tried it dozens and dozens of times, and it has not ONCE made a difference.
