Problems checking out on app & website

I’m having issues checking out on the App AND website.  Keeps saying to select a valid city, State Zip.  Nothing’s changed on my end it is a valid city, state, zip as always used!  Just not letting me choose ship address and check out!  Been going on for a week…getting no where calling C/S.  Is anyone else having issues?  VERY FRUSTRATING

Omg this is currently happening to me and online support said “I know technology can be tricky” like no. Your website is glitching.

I have been trying to make a purchase for 3 days and it keeps telling me the payment method is wrong. It’s all correct. I have this same problem every single time I go to checkout and need a solution or I’m going to start shopping somewhere else. HELP PLEASE!

They never do anything and I complained now at least 3 times...cannot checkout at all and keeps glitching but they will not fix the problem so I've decided to spend my money elsewhere.

I finally checked out but it kept glitching. It would kick me out of PayPal..then it would take me to the sign in page..I would sign in and it repeats itself for me to sign back in..

.then I could not load the free samples..its absolutely insane. I used my desktop not phone and had to switch using Chrome browser  in order to checkout after 45 minutes. They need to seriously look into this.i won't be shopping with a website this poorly managed.

I’ve been trying to check out for days. Every payment method I try gets an error

Literally having same issue and tried purchasing through browser and saaame issue. I uninstalled and reinstalled app, tried removing items, re adding billing address, you name it and nothing. This is so frustrating

I’ve talked to customer service and had online support and did all the things. The website is garbage.

Did you get help with your problem? I’m having the same issues trying to add in my Massachusetts address and credit card info. Errors messages to fix city state and zip code. I’ve used this address for years! So frustrating. I’ve called twice and still waiting for a fix.

I did.  There apparently is a problem with the app.  A customer service rep contacted me and I kept calling and got through to someone who was able to fix the problem.  Took about 3 days.  You have to call in meantime to place any orders.  Agree. it. Is. Frustrating!  Good luck!!!

Hello:

 

I am experiencing the same exact problem with my Garden City, NY address even though the website automatically populated the City, State, and Zip after I selected my address from the autofill option.  I deleted my original shipping address and tried to re-enter it. This did not fix the issue either.  I experienced the same problem accessing the website from my phone and computer.  I called customer service, and the representative was very nice and tried to help me.  However she experienced the same issue, and was unable to complete my order over the phone. She suggested that I try again tomorrow.  I've never experienced this issue before with your site, but it looks like other customers have had the same problem.  Perhaps your technical support group needs to fix something with the site.  I would like to continue to shop with you online, but if I cannot check out this will prevent me from making future purchases. 

 

Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
