Sephora Canada Website Down?

Is the website and app for Canada down?? Iโ€™ve been trying to checkout since this morning 11AM EST and the checkout column seemed to be by default in US as I donโ€™t see my state/province and it wonโ€™t accept my Canadian zip code. I need to secure the app exclusive items for Rouge before they sell out. HELP!

@JSquared29 It sounds like you need to switch regions. On the app, you can switch by going to your profile and selecting app settings. On the desktop or mobile site, you can switch regions on the bottom right of the home page.

I have the same problem, I need to switch to Canada many time, and when I am on Canada website I can not put anything in my basket because an error message ยซ One of provided SKU is wrong or can not be found. Check your request again ยป for every product. The app is set in USA and we can not change anything (Price are in USD). This situation is the same since couple daysโ€ฆ

@Kategiguere I'm sorry that you are having trouble! Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app or clearing your cookies/cache on your browser?

I have try on 2 computers and delete the app, nothing change ๐Ÿ˜ฌ

TYSM! I call it, and they confirm a problem with the web site actually, maybe try a but later!
