order issues

I"m pretty upset. The last two times I tried to order from Sephora (I am a VIB) I got kicked out of my order as soon as I clicked on my free samples. It just happened today...again with my order of $170. My order never went through. What's up guys?

Thank you. I have chrome and I have all the latest updates. This is an annoying issue that shouldn't be happening. I don't want to use a mobile app, I want to use my computer, at home, when I am sitting at my desk...not my phone or iPad.

I'm so sorry to hear that you are having issues placing your orders! I suggest clearing your cache/cookies and making sure that your web browser has the most up to date software available. It's also best to use Google Chrome or Firefox when navigating our website for the best experience. If you haven't done so already, I also suggest trying our mobile app. If all else fails, you can always contact us via phone at 1-877-SEPHORA, and a Beauty Advisor will be more than happy to place your order for you.
