New return policy is terrible

Just found out Sephora changed their return policy for past 30 days items to no refunds! No store credit or even exchanges!! Previously it was a store merchandise credit. I had a mini perfume that I accidentally ordered two of and kept forgetting to return, I was about 3 days past the 30 day mark. Anyway they refused to give store credit or even exchange so now I’m stuck with something I don’t need or want. It’s a really bad policy change, 30 days is way too short for returns. Please change it back !!!

Same thing happened to me, 3 days over, bad reaction to product, no flexibility or case by case decision making by staff or customer service. I did not need refund and could’ve used store credit. Terrible.
