Order Still Not Shipped?
I placed an order about 3 days ago and I notice usually when I order off
sephora they have it already shipped at latest by the end of the next
day, but it's been 3 days already and I still haven't received a notice
whether it has been shipped or not.

I'm having this same issue. I'm rouge and usually get the "shipped"
email within a day. It's now going on 4 days and my order still says in
progress.

I had bought some items online yesterday, but there was no tracking
number. I thought if I waited a little bit, it would show up, but it

Hi @AbbyCotton, It can take up to 1-2 business days to process an order
and we do not process orders over the weekend. You should be receiving
your tracking information most likely by Tuesday. (:

And I was put on hold with Lasership for 20 minutes. And they were only
saying, this order is under investigation. Please expect 2 business days
for the result, there is nothing they can do for now. But this is a
wedding gift I need immediately.
