Order Still Not Shipped?

I placed an order about 3 days ago and I notice usually when I order off sephora they have it already shipped at latest by the end of the next day, but it's been 3 days already and I still haven't received a notice whether it has been shipped or not.

I'm having this same issue. I'm rouge and usually get the "shipped" email within a day. It's now going on 4 days and my order still says in progress.
