around the 20th of every month. You'll be sent an email as soon as it

Hi Neek77, On your Community Profile page, click "Edit" which can be
located in the top right corner, then click on the large box above the
"Biography" section, and you should be able to upload your photo there!

I purchased a palette on 8/10 in store and now it's on sale. I can't

Hi that was also happening with me. I contacted customer care and then
they contacted me asking for receipt numbers store numbers and what not.
I replied with the info from my receipts and the points were added
within the next day or two. Good luck

I have only ever received one email for upcoming Sephora events in
Canada, which was well over a year ago, and I have double-checked that I
clicked subscribe to everything. I receive the emails about upcoming
products and rewards just fine.
