Sale prices

I purchased a palette on 8/10 in store and now it's on sale. I can't find my receipt but can see it in my order tab. Does Sephora give credit if the item was purchased within a short period of time before a sale?

Actually I made a mistake and the purchase was on 8/20. I saw the palette went on sale within a week of my purchase.
